Be Still

"God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has made desolations in the earth. Psalms 46

In a world full of turmoil isn't it awesome to know Who truly holds the keys, that in spite of outward appearances, even if the "ruler of this world" (Satan in case you were confused about that part-John 14:30) seems to really have a hold on the majority of people and situations, that it is God who ultimately wields control. Furthermore I just love His instructions to us: be still, have faith, know He is God, and watch as He proves it is so. In fact our only other commandments are all satisfied in loving God, each other, and in proclaiming His awesome Name to the world around us, the Greatest act of love we can ever offer. Good morning friends, God Bless, and be still, be still and know that it is The Lord our God that will be exalted, that every head will bow, every knee bend, and every last mouth confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and be bold, be bold in proclaiming the only Name given under heaven by which people must be saved 🙏🙏🙏
